This is a complete set of four lead weights for a Miller Dunn Divinhood Style 1 or 2. Both models of helmets utilized a copper strip that allowed the weights to be hooked to them via a copper tab on the back of the lead weight. This set of lead weights is contemporary and does have the correct copper tabs on the back of each.
