Nation's Attic Summer 2021 auction held on July 17th, 2021 was a huge success! Vintage scuba diving equipment sales were very strong. Likely a world record was set by a 1950 US Divers Aqua-Lung double hose regulator that sold for $5,400! Multiple vintage & antique diving helmets found new homes. A 1970's United States Navy Mark V Mixed Gas helmet sold for $21,600. An unusual Joe Savoie fiberglass mixed gas helmet hammered at $8,700. A seldom seen French CH Petit 4 light 3 bolt copper & brass helmet brought $8,400. A special US Navy Mark V made by DESCO on June 6th, 1944 (D-Day) was purchased by a lucky individual at $10,800. Other items such as a historic UDT divers canteen watch found a buyer at $6,000, a Siebe Gorman air pump new old stock from WW2 sold for $4,500, a WW2 German submarine captains pocket watch went to a new collection for $3,000, plus much more.
