I Like Diving, by Tom Eadie. 1931 Houghton Mifflin, Boston. Eadie was a diver and associate of salvage expert Edward Ellsberg and the recipient of both the Navy Cross and the Medal of Honor. This book tells his story and illustrates why he received those honors. There are various printings of the book. This is the 1931 Houghton & Mifflin edition, in very good condition in original dust jacket with some minor repairs. 245 pages with several B&W photos of Eadie and USN divers. The book is in very good condition with a strong and sharp image of a USN Mark V helmet on the cover boards. A terrific USN diving book and the cornerstone book in any USN diver’s library.
